Deploy failed for cyf-workshops

Add understanding Java workshop (#302) This is intended to be completable by someone with no Java experience. The specific issues that need to be diagnosed (which hopefully volunteers can guide through based on error messages even without knowing Java) are: * String.split takes a regex String, not a literal String to split on. This feels like a reasonable debugging/documentation thing to identify. * Identifying that `InetAddress.getAllByName` exists to resolve DNS names. This is easily Googled. * Identifying that `InetAddress.getAllByName` throws a checked exception, so requires either a `try`-`catch` or a `throws`. This requires interpreting an error message: "error: unreported exception UnknownHostException; must be caught or declared to be thrown" and turning that into action. * Identifying that `InetAddress.getHostAddress` gets a string representation of an IP address. This feels like a reasonable documentation thing to identify.
