feat!: add support for anonymous users * This change officially makes development require using Docker, though, if you don't log in as anonymous, it _should_ still work fine. * This change mostly just resolves an SDK version conflict. The Appwrite SDK v11 requires Appwrite Server v1.4.1. Appwrite Cloud is still only at v.1.1.2. Thus, some bugs were popping up. * This change also fixes logging, mostly. We now use proper OS detection to determine if ASCI output is enabled. Before, it was always on, causing a crash. However, fixing it lead to the discovery of a new bug- Errors and stacktraces are not logged to the console, which is quite annoying when debugging. However, after a week or two spent debugging it, I think fixing it will need to be deferred. * This commit also adds a bit more customization for Docker support. Self-signed certificates for Appwrite Server now work by default. Also, `dart_define` invocations grew shorter.
